I was adding some songs to my iPhone SE from my iMac iTunes library.
Suddenly, my "favorites" playlist was in a completely different order.
How do I change the order of the songs on my playlist on iPhone?
When I googled how to do it, a drop-down menu was shown, but I
can't seem to find that window. Thanks in advance!

When looking at the list in the Songs view click the heading of the left most column of numbers. This is the Play Order column. When sorted on this field you can drag tracks up and down the list as you please. For non-smart playlists on your device you can tap Edit in the top right corner, then use the icon of three horizontal lines to rearrange tracks.
