Screen is Enlarged. Can't adjust screen size

I am only seeing part of my screen and I need to see the entire screen. I think this happened from using Kindle. I try to go to Kindle but it goes instantly to the book and will not let me adjust the screen size. HELP?

ipad, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Do you have Zoom Accessibility turned on? That option is under Options, General, Accessibility, Zoom.

To Zoom -- Double-tap with three fingers.
To move around the screen -- Drag three fingers while zoomed.
To change zoom -- With three fingers, double-tap and drag up or down.

If this is not causing yuor zoomed problem, I have no idea.

MY sister is having the problem on her iPad Pro that my emails to her do not fit the screen on her imail account inbox screen. How can she adjust that?
