Call failed on iphone se using reliance jio

I am using a reliance Jio sim in my iPhone se and whenever I call any contact or send an sms, I get a call failed or a message failed notification. The problem gets corrected for 10-15 minutes after I reset my network settings or restart my phone but after that it is back to the same. Even i had updated my IOS version and contacted carrier provider they confirmed that there is not issue from carrier side, same sim if i use it on android phone there wont be any issue. Please suggest a fix to this frustrating problem.
