Dear team

I am unable to change my Apple app store region as I have a credit balance by $,75 on my

Apple id.

Please could you remove this credit balance, so I can change my store region.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
