So, card expired and it needs to get an update. I enter all the details and i keep getting the mesage: " please enter a valid phone number!". I tried all possible forms with the 0, without it, ... all possible permutations... Do keep in mind tho, that this same phone number is already entered ans accepted as a valid phone number for my account, but not for my pyment info... pleaee help since clicking on support gwts me nowhere.
People have had to contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option. You may want to try the form if you aren't having success with the other contact methods.
Try calling back and if you have the same problem, politely ask to speak to level 2 support.
I'm having this same exact issue and Apple support isn't really being proactive with their help
they keep giving me solutions about my card and I have to keep explaining that it's not my card being rejected.
