Auto switch off the “Auto-answer calls”?

I have an Iphone 8plus, and an airpods gen2 also. And I have to receive a lot of incoming call while workings, without using my hands. So that airpods and “auto-answer calls” is very convenient.

But the problems is when i have forgot turn off “auto-answer calls”, my iphone auto receive the call while it still stays in my pocket.

I have known that “SamSung phones” is smart enough to realize when bluetooth connection is off and then the phone switches off the “auto-answer calls” automatically.

So could I have that feature or I must buy a new Iphone Xs max? Genius?
