How to revome app store and itunes balance

Hello dear,

3weeks ago im traveling to japan and i bought japan gift card and i change my app store country to japan than i purchased apps. After i want try to change back to my country but i cant change. because i have still 60¥ thats. How i remove my app store balance and change back to my country?

You'll need to have iTunes support remove the balance. Fill in the following form: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
