iTunes billing

I would like a refund because iTunes has been asking me for months to pay for the subscription when i remember clearly that i cancelled the subscription months ago. However, when i went to my settings and to my subscription it said that i only cancelled it last month when i didn’t, and it’s still taking out money out my bank. I have subscriptions to Netflix and Spotify but they show up as the names of Netflix and Spotify not iTunes billing.
