i watch

iwatch just stopped and asked for passcode but there is nowhere to do it or change

If the watch wants your passcode it will display a keypad on the screen, just tap the correct sequence then <OK>

If that doesn't resolve your problem please explain more detail, and what you see with your eyes rather than interpreting.
