i-tune charges

I have a total of 12 charges on my credit card from Apple i-tunes totaling a total of $62.86 dating back from 1/2019 to the present 6/19/19. I have not authorized any of these transactions. This happened last year too and i was assured this would not happen again. I want all these charges refunded to me. What do I need to do. I cancelled my i-tune subscription because of these constant charges last year (2018). Now again I have charges.
