I downloaded a Weather app called AccuWeather and the complication does not show up on the infograph watch face when I scroll through the complications. If I change the watch face I can find the complication. Does anyone know of any reason why certain complications would not work or show up with the info graph face and how to fix it?

Check that the AccuWeather app has been installed on your Apple Watch: On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > scroll down and check, in the list of apps beneath, that AccuWeather is installed > if it is not, tap on the app name and then turn on Show App on Apple Watch
deggie, I fully understand, however, if you check out the Accu Weather App you will see that it now can be used on the Apple Watch . It's possible that it cannot be used as a complication, but there is no mention of that.
Yes, I followed that through the whole thread. But the OP did not ask if the Accuweather app could be used on the Apple Watch they asked about the complication on particularly the Infograph watch face. So if your blurry screen shot was of the Accuweather complication working in that watch face it would be helpful. Otherwise it is unrelated.
It would seem to me that AccuWeather has simply not updated their Watch app to support the new complications offered by the faces that are exclusive to the Series 4’s larger display. This is why on some of the older faces, you will see them, whereas on Infograph and Infograph Modular, they will not appear. I’d contact AccuWeather about updating their app.
Deggie and Connor - thank you for reading through my whole post and actually understanding it. It just seems strange that I can launch this particular app on the watch and use the complication on older faces but not the infograph face. I’ll contact the app developer.

It is installed. As I said the complication shows on other watch faces.
I did did find out that some complications won’t show with the infograph face.
So you have the Accuweather app and the complication works on yours?
No, I am not using Accu Weather but that app can now be used on the Apple Watch.
Yes, he is using it but the complication is not working is what he is writing about. The fact that the Apple Weather app complication is working isn't helpful to his situation.
Make sure you have started the AccuWeather app on your iPhone and approved the use of the app on your iPhone first.
Just to add Acc weather is not currently available with the complications for the info Watch face but can be used with the others like explorer face. It appears when you set from the Watch.
