Recover lost apple music downloads

I previously was on my parents apple music family share plan. My parents recently went and got the 6 months free through Verizon and since I am on a different Verizon account I lost all of my apple music stuff I had downloaded. Playlist, songs, everything. I went in and activated my own free 6 months through Verizon and re-linked it with my same apple ID but my downloads and playlist did not return. Is there a way for me to get that stuff back or will I have to research and download everything back and recreate all of my playlists?
