I accidentally purchased an iap on mobile legends and i want to cancel it
I had it charged into my phine bill but i removed that payment method as soon as the payment went into pending
Will this transaction still go through or is it going to be stuck in pending forever

So since i deleted the payment method it will never go through untill i put in a valid payment method
And since i wanted a refund on it if it went through its a good thing right? Nothing should be deducted
It should go through when you put a valid payment method on the account. Until it's paid you won't be able to download anything else.
