Numbers: Character styles not working in cells (follow up)

I encountered a (well known?) problem in a Numbers spreadsheet with formatting cell contents to make some text appear bold. This was raised previously but the discussion is locked so I cannot add this note to it.

With a cell formatted using the Geneva font, choosing bold in the formatting inspector panel on the right did light the indicator and does actually make the text bold. However, because there is no bold version of the Geneva font, the text as viewed in the sheet does not appear bold. This is confusing for the user.

Without changing the formatting, if you select a different font that does have a bold version, the text will show up as bold when the font is switched. For example, switching from Geneva to Helvetica does show the bold version correctly.

Fonts with no bold version should probably have the boldness simulated in the UI so that users are not presented with unexpected behaviour. Worth raising a devbug in the new Feedback Assistant perhaps.

Affects Numbers version 6.0 on macOS Mojave
