You cannot downloads Apps from the Google Play App Store to an iPhone, but you can download iOS compatible versions of Google made Apps from the iOS app store.
Things like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Chrome, Youtube etc... have iOS compatible versions available from the iOS app store.
