Iphone stuck in wrong app store

My iphone has switched across to the Australian App Store, and I can't change it back to UK. I have tried to go into it through Apple ID but it said I need to cancel my apple music, which I did, and it still won't let me change it. It's not letting me play any music of my own or download any apps or music as it says it's not available in my country. Also when I logged in on my laptop my Apple ID is set to UK on there.

If you only browsed a different country's store have you tried just logging out and back into the account in the app ?
