About Charging
I got new iphone 7plus.That's how much I should charge. For the first time, don't you?

You can charge at anytime for any amount of time.
You can use it while charging.
You can leave it attached to the charging circuit after the battery reaches 100%.
Do not repeatedly deplete the battery to low levels.
Other than those rules of thumb, there is no reason to try and micro-manage the charge process.
