IPhone XS problem

Hey guys,

I just bought a new iPhone XS, I did the update and the upgrade with my ex phone, an iPhone 7 and after the iCloud copy the screen turned black and it s showing the apple and that s it. I tried everything, it does not work. Any ideas?
