Recently purchased iCloud for storage but don’t know how to access via cell phone or computer
When you log into the iCloud ID on the iPhone that you used to purchase it, you should see it. If you go to Settings><yourname>iCloud, you should see the amount of storage that you have available in iCloud.

iCloud storage is used via a variety of services and there is no single way to access it but the following may help.
From a computer internet browser you can log into iCloud.com and access most of the things in iCloud storage.
You can also turn on iCloud Drive: Set up iCloud Drive - Apple Support
and iCloud Photos: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
On an iPhone or other iOS device, iCloud is designed to be viewed by using the apps on the device (e.g., the Files app for iCloud Drive, the Photos app for iCloud Photos, the Notes app for notes, etc.).
Also note that while you can view synced data as described above, it is not possible to view the contents of an iCloud Backup of an iOS device. You can only use the backup to do a full restore of a device or to setup a new device.
