Activity sharing app not working

Just got a new iPhone & new Apple ID & tried to repair my watch & it paired successfully however - It is like it got stuck on the sharing page it says “restoring activity data from iCloud” and bar looks full next to this message but it will not move on! Nor will it allow me to share with anyone??? Spent 2 hours at my cell store & cant fix it!

Help!
