iCloud storage

How can one change the debit order date for the iCloud storage account? I tried calling ‭(0800) 444-426‬ to avail. In fact it was a total waste of time and money, because I held for so long and someone eventually picked he could not help and he transferred me to billing and billing transferred me back to technical support. Please help

How Can I Change the Payment Date on my iCloud Storage Plan Hi guys, I hope you’re all great. I was just wondering if apple still hasn’t found a way to allow it’s users to change the payment date for their storage plans to another date other than the anniversary of the subscription to that plan. The reason I am asking is because this is affecting my credit score badly. Every month Apple tries to debit my account before there’s money in it and this causes the bank to charge me a “Unpayable fee” and makes me look like a bad payer to other creditors. I have tried the downgrade option, but when I upgrade, the plan continues on the same date. The only other option I can see is to upgrade to the 2TB storage on the date when there’s money in my account to stop this. But my fear is that there’s no plan above 2TB should the date of my salary change again. Please help. Regards Msindisi

To change the date on which your iCloud storage is paid you would have to cancel the existing subscription and restart it on the day that you want it on.
