iphone 6s Plus Screen flickering and automatically clicks

My iphone 6s Plus used one year 2 months without any issues, and now the screen has started screen flickering from top area of Phone screen , & automatically self buttons are clicked or auto calls or sends messages automatically,

What might be the issue , required your support ?
