my service coverage

  On the Apple site, I encountered a warranty for this message:

Apple is unable to provide information about your service coverage. Please contact Apple SupportOns in a new window to update your product's date of purchase.

I am referring to the address given. Unfortunately, the ability to access the site is not possible. How can I solve my problem?
