is it with email because on apple.com it says its delivering to my address I thought that it was a email delivery?

Software registration codes are delivered via email.

Did you purchase hardware as part of this order? If so, the codes may come when the hardware is delivered, I'm not sure.

Could take a few days for those codes to be emailed out.
