no service on iPhone 8
My iphone8 keeps getting no service . I have tried all steps possible. Also went to my carrier. If I put my chip in my old phone it works normal.
pls help!!!

It’s hard to suggest anything when someone says they have tried all steps possible, so forgive me if I’m repeating what you have already done!
But if it was my device I would work carefully through this Apple article.
If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Failing that and proving the sim is ok, I would put the device back to “factory”, preferably via iTunes so it replaces the iOS.

The above article does mention you can do similar from the devices Settings, but that will not replace the operating system which may contain the issue.
If nothing works or you can’t do any of the above then I would book a Genius appointment and visit your nearest Apple Store, they are usually very good and should have you sorted in no time.
