Apphas disappeared from the list for my iPhone

I had an App loaded on my phone. I went to uase it this A.M. and it failed. I uninstalled it and went to thw App Store to search and try installing again; it did not appear in my search. I even tried iTunes, same reault. What happened? Help please??

App will not be available, if

You have changed your Country or Region
The App developer has removed it from the App Store
