Can’t download apps

I tried to download apps they told me you verification required

Your additional screenshots are showing Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. That has nothing to do with the error message in your fist screenshot.

You need to open the Settings app and then tap iTunes & App Store and then tap your Apple ID there as instructed in your first screenshot.
