I just upgraded my iPhone 6s to the XS Max and am confused about how to use the new phone. The Apple Store set it all up for me and that is fine. It is working OK! But, I am having problems trying to use it. Can anyone steer me to where I can get any documented (or Video) help. Apple haven't yet mad any pdf available.

For video help, I suggest that you go to YouTube and search for Apple Support's channel. They provide several videos about all aspects of the iPhone, depending on what exactly you are looking for. While most of the gestures are similar in the newer phones from the iPhone 6S, the biggest change is the removal of the home button. Instead now, you tap on the screen and swipe upwards to display the passcode screen, or if you have configured Face ID, you swipe upwards while looking at the screen and the phone should unlock. After you get there, most everything else is the same, however to close an app, just swipe upwards from the bottom of the phone.
