Serum is installed and running as a VST but can't use it as a AU in LOGIC proX

I just installed Xfer Serum. It doesn't show up in the list of audio units. Looked into the Components folder, and found the Serum audio unit there. Opened plug-in manager, but couldn't find Serum there. I am running Logic Pro 10.4.5 and Mac OSX 10.13.6.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Plugin showing in plugin manager, but not in au instruments- logic pro X Hi, I downloaded XLN audio plugin RC20, and it seems to have downloaded it correctly, because the plugin shows up inside the plugin manager and says that it passed the AU validation. However, it does not show up in the drop down menu of AU instruments, I cannot find where this plugin lives in logic. Why is it not showing up? Ive downloaded one other plugin (output arcade plugin) and it worked fine, but this one seems to not work... I have tried: -"Reset & rescan selection" in plugin manager -Deleting the audio unit cache file in the cache folder in the MacOS library then restarting my computer. -Deleting the .vst file from components, and reinstalling the plugin fresh I am using a 2012 Macbook pro running catalina and Logic 10.4.7 Any ideas? Should I delete logic and reinstall? Help please!! Thanks :)

Validated AU plugin does not appear in Mixer I am configuring a new 2018 Mac mini to replace my studio's 2010 Mac Pro. I've successfully installed almost everything, but I'm having trouble with one AU plugin. In the Logic Pro X Plug-in Manager, the manufacturer's name appears in the manufacturers area and if I click on it, the plugin appears as validated in the plugin list. "Use" is checked. Yet when I try to add the effect to a track in the Mixer, neither the manufacturer's name nor the plugin name is in the pop-up list of effects. The plugin works fine in Reaper, but I can't seem to insert it in a track in Logic Pro X 10.4.5. Reset and rescan does not fix it, nor does quitting and relaunching or restarting the computer. The plugin license is valid and on my iLok. Any ideas? Ralph Jones

Logic Pro 10.7 - Third Party Midi FX totally broken All of my third party midiFX plugins have stopped working since the upgrade to 10.7. Running 10.6.3, all work as expected. Is there a fix / workaround that anyone has had success with? Also - 10.7 seems a lot more flakey than the previous release (UI seems to glitch when recording automation via midi controller), and projects that ran without issues seem to be a bit more sluggish. i'm running a 2020 iMac (8 core + 72GBram)
