FaceTime Unavailable

I can’t use FaceTime. I have checked my FaceTime Setting, restarted my phone, reset all settings and it still gives me an error saying “waiting for activation”. Help!

See this support document for troubleshooting, If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
