Changing Directly to the Utility face on Apple Watch series 4 OS 5.x
How can I directly change/return to the Utility face grim any point or process ?

You have the ability to changes faces directly on the watch by swiping left or right on the screen. The faces you can change to are the ones listed under My Faces in the Apple Watch app. You could put the two faces next to each other in that list, which would allow you to switch with just a single swipe.
