My wife & I are members of the same family Sharing. I loaded data into my iCloud and can see it from my iPad, iPhone and MBP. She cannot see any of the stuff I loaded. Why not? What else can I do?

The family members have a shared photo album, a shared calendar and a shared reminders category. That's all the major content that is shared by default.

Your iCloud data is tied to your Apple ID. If she has her own ID, she can't access your iCloud data. iCloud data isn't shared under Family Sharing.
