I can’t connect the mouse or keyboard to my iMac that was bought from Groupon

How do I connect a non-Apple Bluetooth keyboard and a non-Apple Bluetooth mouse (Remiertek) is the brand that has been provided to me. Can’t get past the window below when I turn on the computer- please help!

Looks like the Mac has been set back to fresh from factory; that is good. If the keyboard/mouse are compatible and wireless, you will need to first get your hands on to a wired keyboard (borrow one from your neighbor), so you can set up the Mac and then get into the Keyboard/Mouse Preferences and pair them with the Mac. You can't pair unless you are signed in and you can't sign in without a paired keyboard/mouse. Even if that keyboard is wired, you still need it to be recognized by the Mac; sometimes it will accept it once you press a couple of specific keys (you will get a screen with instructions).
