Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Try a forced restart.

If necessary

Hard reset

You will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Restore to Factory setting

Hi and thank you for your response!!! Itworked! New problem: it will not allow me to backup. Message provided: the last backup could not be completed. Any suggestions
