Double-charged

I purchased an airtime for Talk360 at $3.99 but was double-charged for $8.38

refund my money immediately please.

We can't, we are fellow users, these are user forums. If it shows twice on your iTunes account's purchase history (e.g. one isn't just a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support), and if you didn't buy it twice, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
