Change region to watch a movie only available in US iTunes

Hello community!

I just need to know if I change my iTunes region from Australia to US so I can watch a movie only available in the US iTunes will I just be able to change back after I've bought the movie?

You cannot use the US store unless you live in the US and have a billing address and payment method there. Contact the film studio/rights-holder and ask them to put it in the Australian store.
