Transferred voice memos from iPhone to iTunes. Need them in voice memos on mac. How do i do this?

Start iTunes on the Mac, connect iPhone to Mac.

Click on the iPhone icon in iTunes.

In the sidebar below you can see Voice memo's.

I'm not sure that the new iCloud based Voice Memos app on Mojave is able to import older voice memos that would have previously been transferred into iTunes.
