Had a email say that my iCloud will be locked out after 24 hour

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.

This is a scam. DO NOT follow any links in it - they are trying to get you to reveal your ID and password. All emails from Apple will address you by name: and if they ever do have to lock your account for security reasons they won't tell you, gthey will wait for you to find out and contact them.

You can report this to Apple by sending it as an email attachment to reportphishing@apple.com
