Region issues

I cannot play the songs from the Apple Music in which I have my subscription,

the songs can be played only when my data is off.

and I cannot download apps or games from the App Store -it’s showing that

“Your account is not valid for use in us store. You must switch to Indian store before purchasing.”

but my region it’s showing India
