Paid subscriptions not showing up

Hello!


So I’ve been having an issue with discontinuing my YouTube premium subscription.


The subscription won’t show up in my subscriptions, but it says it is billed through iTunes on YouTube, all help would be appreciated.

Thanks for checking the status of your subscription in iTunes.


I don't understand why the subscription wouldn't appear on a PC either.


One last thing to check:

Some people use different Apple IDs for iCloud and the App Store/iTunes Store. Can you verify that you are logged into the same account which you used to make the subscription? If you have multiple Apple IDs, can you double-check that the subscription didn't process under an alternate account for some reason?


If that doesn't work, I'd recommend calling Apple. They would be able to open your account and see if there are any hidden or pending transactions on your account. I can't help further with individual accounts because I don't work at Apple and can't look up your account.

Hi,


This sounds like a very strange situation. I don't know what might be causing this, but could you try accessing your subscription list from the Mac App Store (on a Mac) or iTunes (on a PC)?


The steps to do this can be found here.


Please reply back with a screenshot of what you see.


Also, how long did this subscription begin? If it's been less than a week, there's a chance that it hasn't showed up yet because Apple hasn't processed it yet (although this is much less likely).
