My phone won’t let me set a Live Photo as a wallpaper anymore . Any help ?

Live Photos So I have a iPhone 6 Plus and I want to set my phone wallpaper as a Live Photo, but everytime I try to do it and it says it does it but doesn’t work when hold down for a while. And I’ve been trying to work it for half an hour buts it’s not working at all.

Can I use a Live Photo for my wallpaper on a iPhone 12 Pro Max. I tried to use the Live Photo- it wouldn’t play. When I tap and hold like I should, the wallpaper edit screen pops up.

What happens when you choose Live Photo?

Choose an image from Dynamic, Stills, Live, or your photos.
