I want to change my country on App Store but they say I need to cancel my membership with Apple Music which I did and still, I cannot change my country on App Store what should I do thank you for your help

You need to wait for it to expire. July 7. After that time, you should be able to change countries.

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
Yes I cancel it already
You can either wait until after 7 Jul when the subscription expires or contact iTunes Support using the links I posted above to see if they can cancel the subscription immediately.
You've only cancelled its auto-renewal, the subscription won't end until 7th July
