How do you know if you have insurance on your Apple Watch and what did the insurance cover

You should know, because you would have had to actually buy it. Its not something that happens on its own.


Apple does not offer insurance on Apple Watches. So unless you contacted an insurance company, and purchased insurance for it, you likely do not have it.


Your homeowners insurance may or may not cover loss and theft of electronic devices, you would need to contact them for that information.


If you are referring to Apple's 1 year warranty, then all devices bought from Apple have one full year of warranty from the date of purchase from Apple or an Apple Authorized re-seller.


Warranty is not insurance. Warranty covers manufacturing defects or other issues derived from the assembly process. It does not cover loss or theft as insurance would and does not cover accidental damage either.
