Back up to computer failed
How do I diagnose the problem. It tells me it failed. But there is no other information

iTunes error messages can be somewhat opaque. Try rebooting your router, computer and device, then try again. If you cannot backup to iTunes try to backup to iCloud. Note that iOS device backups do not include media. If there is media content on the device you want to keep see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community.

Correct. But how do I know why it will not backup. I need to resolve the backup problem. But I have no idea WHY it will not backup.
I ran all of the diagnostic tools. But I do not have any problems there.
Is there a way to figure out WHY it will not back up?
