Apple Music lost

Hi there,

I has my Apple Music app on my phone and suddenly it disappeared. I re-downloaded the app and it has started me from scratch. All my music I had in my library from before is deleted. Is there anyway to get my music back?? Wouldn’t it be saved under my Apple ID account?

As long as your Apple Music Membership is still active, you can restore it by following these steps:

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

    1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
    2. Close Settings.
    3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
    4. Turn on “Show Apple Music”

 If they still don’t load:

  1. in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign out- then sign back  in - you will need to turn iCloud music library back on again.
