Apple Charging Cube Exploded last night!
Has anyone had this happen? It was plugged into an extension cord and the charger exploded setting the bed and the extension cord on fire in our house.
You should contact Apple directly.

They will probably want to see the adapter and the extension cord into which it was plugged.
