I have shared a Reminders list with my wife via her Apple ID. She has access to it on her Mac, but when she tries to connect on her iPhone, she gets a message to say her password is incorrect.
Of course, the password IS correct. It's the same one she uses on her Mac.
We tried a hard reset of the iPhone, but to no avail.
Any suggestions?
Hard reset = factory reset?
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

You are welcome. I don't think there is any one thing that causes it to happen. Sometimes software gets corrupted for no apparent reason. I don't know how you can prevent that.
That's alarming.
It happens occasionally. I've had my computer OS get so corrupted a couple of times I had to restore the computer from Time Machine to get it working again.
