Trouble reinstalling anything to my Macintosh HD on my Mac

I recently wiped my Mac and erased the HD drive as I was preparing to move countries and needed to post my Mac. I followed the online guide and signed out of everything and De authorised my iTunes account. Then restarted and booted Disk Utility using command +r. After the successful wipe I had to get to the post office so didn’t reinstall macOS Sierra just thinking I’d do it once/if it arrived.

it arrived yesterday so booted with command +r and opened disk utility

i couldn’t boot from time machine backup

i can’t seem to just reinstall Mac OS Sierra either as it says an error occurred while preparing the installation

Any one got any ideas

your screenshots show that your disk is formatted as APFS, Sierra cannot be installed on an APFS formatted disk, open Disk Utility again and reformat to HFS+ on a GUID partition.
