I can't update my iPhone

Hi! I have been trying to update my iPhone for the last 2 hours, and it’s not working. Download and Install will be gray for a minute and then be blue again. The update won’t download. I have enough storage, I’ve tried MULTIPLE times and I’ve even reset my settings. Please help!

If over the air updating doesn’t work, use (a current version of) iTunes.
