Dude u dont know what your talking about. Antenna experts all over have said before the release after the announcement that it would be a problem. U cant grab a antenna of any kind without degrading the signal that is bottom line. It really doesnt matter what u say about it, argue with the freaking professors in antenna technology at several universities who have all said the same thing.

I never called anything, and if I did it was after you started calling me names.

There is nothing to back down from if one has a brain and can read and comprehend the written word.

You're just not as smart as you think, I am sorry to say.

Really ? ? Do we have to go back to the posts where you called me and others Morons, Idiots, etc to prove it to you??? You are nothing but a LIAR now.

The bigger factor is whether or not you are right or left handed.

As a lefty, the lower left corner of my phone would normally be cradled in my palm.

I have experienced poor reception holding the phone as I would normally. I had to switch to holding it only with thumb and fingers (not the end of the world, but a PITA).

Did pay Apple the "Bumper Tax" 😉 and this is an inelegant, but okay temporary solution. (got it today)

For truly protecting the glass, I would prefer to only use Invisible Shield, which I had on my 2 years old 2G and left the unit looking in as-new condition when I sold it recently.

You obviously only see what the news wants you to. Your Statement about Toyota is also your Own opinion.

2008 FACT: Toyota Recalled Tacoma Trucks a few years back.
Year 1995- 2000
Reason, The Paint on the Under coating wasn't done Right. Toyota allowed Owners of these models which had to meet a Certain Criteria (Vin # had to be within a certain range to qualify)

1) Upon confirmation of perforation of the frame due to rust corrosion, Toyota will, at its option, either repair or repurchase the vehicle. In the case of repurchase, Toyota will offer the following:
• Toyota will repurchase the vehicle at the total amount of 1.5 times the Kelley Blue Book® Suggested Retail Value. The subject vehicle will be assessed, based on the actual mileage and zip code at the time of inspection, as a vehicle in excellent condition regardless of the vehicle’s actual condition. The offer is based on the value of the vehicle at the time of Toyota’s confirmation of the vehicle’s condition.

Toyota holds a better resale value than any other car or truck. Second runner up would be Honda. Toyota is 100% AMERICAN MADE! Every Toyota is made and built Right Here in the USA. Every Bolt, Every Washer, Every Tire is Made right here in the USA.

So Mr. Draygonia, You only heard about the bad because the news blew it up. You never Heard about these other "Recalls" because They did this On there OWN.
How many Dealers have you heard of in your Life Time that Recall a Vehicle well past 15 YEARS because the Paint on the frame wasn't done correctly?
You Haven't. Ford or Chevy would've said well it's in the past and you would've called them up 15 years later and said, Hey this isn't right... Fix it, you would've heard, "Click followed by a busy tone"

Toyota Is making this Right.

I wonder if this is an Actual Hardware Problem with the iPhone 4? Apple has said it's a Software Issue Due to an error in the program. Apple was using wrong coding info within it's software that displays the signal strength with too many bars. The error has been fixed and an update will be made shortly.
I'm sure if this isn't the problem Apple Will Make This Right. Apple Has a Reputation that produces Products that Just Work. So give them a chance to do what they do.
